Q: How do I make payment?

A: We now accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. If you have a question about your payment please refer to your order number eg. 111HWB when you get in touch


Q: I've ordered a digital gift certificate. When will I receive?

A: Once we reconcile your payment, you will receive your voucher via email.


Q: Can I use a gift certificate against multiple transactions?

A: Yes.


Q: How hard is food to cook? Are instructions provided? How long does it take?

A: All dishes are very basic to prepare. Most are a case of pop in the oven and set the timer. Read cooking instructions here.


Q: How long will the meals stay fresh?

A: 2 – 3 days. However they are at their best cooked on the same day. Many of the meals can also be frozen.


Q: Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Due to the nature of our offering we are unable to cater to dietaries but we have plenty of dietary options available. Let us know if you have questions and we'll be happy to help.


Q: How do I pick up?

A: Select pickup as your preferred delivery option at the checkout. Pickup details on pickup including safety precautions and contact free precautions.


Q: What safety measures are you taking because of Covid-19?

A: Our award winning kitchen brigade have the strictest of sanitary standards.  Benches are frequently sterilised and we are diligent with hand washing. We do not use a delivery service to ensure that what leaves our kitchen gets direct to you without interference. In addition we have strict rules about how
