- TASTING NOTE / ABOUT THE WINE: Organically farmed grapes from Rocket's Vineyard in the Swan Valley were harvested by hand and whole bunch pressed. The juice was fermented with indigenous yeasts in a stainless-steel tank and seasoned French oak barriques. The wine was then left on its yeast lees through winter and then bottled just in time for spring. The wine smells of jasmine blossom, ruby grapefruit and freshly picked red Johnathon apples straight from the tree. Packham pears, Kumamoto oysters and beeswax fill the palate but it’s the texture that grabs your full attention. The balance at play between the juicy, saline tang and the soft, creamy, flinty notes drives home the Rocket’s Vineyard pedigree.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Corymbia is the passion project of Rob and Genevieve Mann, producing stunning wines from vineyards in the Swan Valley and Margaret River. Chenin Blanc, Tempranillo and Malbec are sourced form the old vines of Rocket's Vineyard in the Swan Valley and Cabernet comes from Calgardup Vineyard in Margaret River. Bothe vineyards are dry grown and organically farmed.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
