- ABOUT THE WINE: Fruit is sourced from the three La Spinetta Barbareacro cru's, Straderi, Gallina and Valeirano. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 12 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barrels, followed by 12 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for approximately 6 months
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: The Rivetti family began producing wine in the 1970's, releasing some of the first high quality, single cru Moscato's in Italy. With the success of their Moscato business, they expanded into red wine eventually landing in Barbaresco in the 90's where they found fame producing modernist styles of Nebbiolo from the crus of Straderi, Gallina and Valeirano. The wines gained a cult following, not least because of the distinctive Rhinoceros etching on their labels. Today the also produce wine in Tuscany and sparkling wines in Piedmont under the Contratto label.

Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
