- TASTING NOTE: Lovely wine, with dark red fruit notes pushing into blackcurrant territory. A fuller palate, with pleasing fruit weight. There a charming, rustic quality to the mouthfeel and and tannin profile, firm but elegant and well integrated, with fresh acidity.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Hand harvested from 45 year old vines. Traditional vinification in wooden vats with a portion of whole bunches and extended maceration. Aged for 14 months in oak (mostly older oak), bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal suplhur.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Ludovic and Emilien Bonnardot took over the family estate from their parents in 2006. The estate covers 15 hectares across 18 appellations and 50 plots. The vineyards are currently in conversion to organic practices and the winemaking is very hands off - fermentations are natural, with no addition of sulfur or oenological products. Domaine Bonnardot wines

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
