- ABOUT THE WINE: Leroux now controls two hectares in Vosne, and the 2020 villages wine benefited from the fruit of five separate lieux-dits. From north to south these sites include Maizières Basses (organically farmed with 60-year-old vines); a small portion of Les Violettes; a new parcel of old-vines in Genaivrières (just beneath the vines of Domaine Leroy); and finally, there is Les Jacquines and Au-Dessus de la Rivière. These parcels span the various terroirs of the village, and each was vinified separately. The one-third whole bunch quota derives mostly from the two northern parcels. It’s another super example of this village.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Benjamin Leroux is one of the most exiting modern producers in Burgundy. He created a name for himself at Domaine du Comte Armand (where he was appointed the general manager at just 24 years of age) before setting up his own negociant business in 2007. Today he owns or manages about 30% of the vineyards that go into his wines with his range of wines coming from across the Cote d'Or, from Chassagne-Montrachet to Gevrey-Chambertin. His own holdings are all certified organic (with many biodynamic principals also applied) with sourced vineyards sharing his own farming philosophy's. His winemaking is well known for his discreet handling of oak and purity of fruit expression.

A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
