- TASTING NOTE: Delicious, lo-fi, aromatic number here. Serious florals and fruit tones, pear and pineapple, on the nose. The palate shows lovely weight from both fruit concentration and the old oak used in fermentation and has a refreshing phenolic bitterness and a cleansing, citrus acid line.

ABOUT THE WINE: Manual harvest, direct destemmed and whole bunch
pressing, fermentation and six months ageing in stainless steel vats and barrels. - ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Fabien Jouves established his Mas Del Perie winery in 2006, after taking over his families vineyards. Based in the highest slopes of Cahors, the vineyard is grown in complex clay and Quercy limestone, a brilliant white tufo style of limestone that is soft and very permeable. The vineyards are managed biodynamically, the fruit is handpicked and only native yeast and inert vessels are used for fermentation. Sulphur is used sparingly if at all, and the resulting wines are not fined or filtered. Fabien's wines are energetic, and alive.

Pickup is available during our opening hours:

Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
