- ABOUT THE WINE: Petit Chablis is a perfect introduction to the world of Chablis' fine wines. Its Portlandian subsoil differs somewhat from other AOCs in the region. However, it still evokes Chablis characteristics with lovely freshness on the palate. Vinified in stainless steel tanks.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: William Fevre has become one of the biggest land owners in Chablis with 78 hectares of prestigious vineyards, of which 15.9 hectares are classified as Premier cru and 15.2 hectares as Grand cru. With holdings in six of the seven Grand cru appellations, no other producer can claim such a wide array of Chablis’ finest vineyards. The vineyards are carefully managed to preserve their quality. Limiting yields is a given, and the vines have been cultivated using organic methods for many years. The Domaine carries out harvesting by hand and uses a combination of stainless steel and old oak to vinify their wines, with the Premier and Grand Cru wines seeing a greater percentage oak for added richness and complexity.

Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
