- ABOUT THE WINE: Sourced from the Small Wonder vineyard in the Tamar Valley. The vineyard was undergoing organic conversion in 2022 and was certified in 2023. Gently whole bunch pressed, 9 months in barrel, 20% new, 25% MLF, unfined.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Gilli and Paul Liscombe are the wife and husband team behind Sailor Seeks Horse, one of Tasmania's most exciting producers. Paul tends to the vines while Gilli looks after the cellar. Their 6.5ha vineyard was originally planted in 2005 with Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. It was left to grow wild till 2010 when the Liscombes bought the property. Other than some of the Pinot, they ripped it all out and replanted with an eclectic mix of clones of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Their wines are energetic and pure and should be near the top of any Chardonnay and Pinot lovers list of wines to try.

Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
