- TASTING NOTE: Bursting with citrus character and a refreshing saline line, generous fruit texture is balanced with barrel derived nuttiness. Focused and framed with mouthwatering acidity.
- ABOUT THE WINE: 100% barrel fermented, no malo-lactic fermentation. Each barrel was stirred every 3 weeks for the duration of the 9 months in barrel (French oak of which 22% was new), to promote autolysis of the yeast cells and give a generous, creamy character. Unfined.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Higher Plane is the sister label to Juniper Estate in Margaret River and is the named for the Karridale vineyard that supplies the fruit for the range. The vineyard is currently undergoing conversion to organic viticulture. Winemaker Luc Fitzgerald aims to produce wines with a youthful vibrancy, drops that shouldn't be taken too seriously, but are seriously damn tasty.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
