- ABOUT THE WINE: Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, wild yeast fermented and partial malo-lactic fermentation in French barriques. High solids with weekly battonage. This wine has been designed to age and will evolve over the next 5-10 years.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: A true Garagiste, Nigel Ludlow started Evoi with 2 barrels of Chardonnay made at his home in Margaret River in 2007. The barrels have long been moved out of the lounge room and into a more suitable facility, but the small scale, hands on approach has not changed. Nigel currently make’s some of the region’s finest examples of Chardonnay and Cabernet blends, all sourced sourced from old vines in the heart of Wilyabrup.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
