- TASTING NOTE: Funky, smokey, oak derived characters are backed with notes of fleshy stone fruit and toasted nuts. Refined and restrained but with stunning depth of flavour and length.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Single vineyard Gin Gin clone Chardonnay. Hand picked fruit, whole-cluster pressed. Wild yeast ferment and full malo-lactic fermentation. Aged sur lie. 40% new 228 L medium toast French oak. Barriques Vosges and Allier for 10 months.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: After nearly three decades working closely with producers in Margaret River renowned winemaker Bruce Dukes launched Domaine Naturaliste – his own range of highly acclaimed wines. An homage to the region where he honed his craft, Domaine Naturaliste is a space for Bruce to demonstrate his mastery of the classic Margaret River varietals. Applying decades of international and local knowledge spanning terroir, fruit selection, palate and aroma, Domaine Naturaliste wines are balanced, complex and delicious. A University of Western Australia trained Agronomist with a master’s degree in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of California, science underpins Bruce’s approach to selecting fruit. The combination of his passion, artistic and intuitive flair make Bruce the gifted winemaker he is.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
