- TASTING NOTE: An oxidative style that is quite full, round and ripe, full of citrus, but backed with great mineral energy. There's a Jura-esque quality to this that is very appealing!
- ABOUT THE WINE: Hand harvested fruit from 40 year old vines grown in stony limestone clay. The plot is known as En Cheignot and is found in the town of Orches (near the commune of St-Romain) at 440m altitude. Hand harvested and sorted. Slow and gentle whole bunch press. No sulphites or other oenological aids are added during fermentation. 12 months on oak barrels then six month in stainless. Natural decantation and light filtration at bottling.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Ludovic and Emilien Bonnardot took over the family estate from their parents in 2006. The estate covers 15 hectares across 18 appellations and 50 plots. The vineyards are currently in conversion to organic practices and the winemaking is very hands off - fermentations are natural, with no addition of sulfur or oenological products. Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
