- ABOUT THE WINE: Fruit is sourced from vineyards in clay and lime stone soil in Chavot-Courcourt. Vinified in 100% thermo-regulated stainless steel. Indigenous yeast fermentation. Made with no additions including no sulphur and no dosage.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Champagne Chavost is a co-operative based in the village of Chavot-Courcourt. Fabian manages a group of growers who have made the switch to organic farming and produces an innovative range of Champagnes that are unique in their commitment to natural winemaking and the use of no sulphur. In a region that is very resistant to change, Fabian's wines represent what is possible in Champagne today. Wines of place that are eminently drinkable and imbued with a real sense of fun!

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
