- TASTING NOTE: Subtle and fine, aromas of red berry, citrus zest and flowers lead to a creamy smoothness in the mouth with a rich note of wild strawberries and a slightly acid driven, raspberry tinged finish.
- ABOUT THE WINE: The Pinot Noir component of this wine is vinified as a still red wine which provides vinous depth to its character. The wine is also made up of 40% reserve wines. Winemaking is all done in stainless steel. It sees three years on lees before disgorgement and dosage of 9g/L.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Maison Billecart-Salmon was born in 1818 when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon were married. From their union, they decide to found Billecart-Salmon in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, the family’s home town. Seven generations have succeeded each other in the running of the House. The estate consists of 100 hectares across 40 crus of the Champagne region. The majority of the grapes used for vinification come from a radius of 20km around Epernay, where the Grand Crus of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay co-exist, in the ethereal vineyards of the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs. The top wines of the house are the vintage cuvees, Nicolas François Brut and Elisabeth Salmon Brut Rosé, named for the houses founders.

A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
