- TASTING NOTE: Playfully shy on the nose but once a few swift swirls of the glass are applied it reveals classic scents of violet, pencil shavings, light mushroom stock and sweet fresh tobacco. Plum and spice cake flavours drive the firm but svelte palate finishing with an assertive medium bodied crescendo. It's a classy thing indeed.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Hand-picked, destemmed as whole berries to two open fermenters. Hand plunged three times daily for 18 days, after which one fermenter was pressed off to oak, and the other was left on skin for an additional 100 days before pressing to oak. Aged in French Oak barriques for 15 - 18 months, 60% of which were new, before blending, light fining and bottling.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Remy Guise's wines are minimalist expressions of texture and flavour and are some of Western Australia's most exciting new wave drops. He only picks the best fruit possible for his wines, sourced from around Margaret River and approaches his winemaking by staying his hand when the fruit needs him to listen, and only intervening when the fruit needs to listen to him. His wines are un-ashamedly personal with his one overriding rule being ''I only make wines that I love to drink."

A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
