TASTING NOTE: "For me, a wine with as much stylistically/drinkability as the medium bodied reds of Chianti Classico and the like. Pure fruit, unencumbered by oak, yet still nicely structured and savoury. An anytime Claret. Dark garnet with classic aromas of cassis, blackberry, cherry, pencil lead and a subtle sage herbal top note. The deep and fleshy fruit is balanced by a line of fine, refreshing acid, and savoury, grainy tannins. Medium bodied and eminently drinkable (especially with a light chill), some cellaring will also be rewarded." Joshua Cooper
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Joshua Cooper is a second generation vigneron hailing from the Macedon Ranges. His family winery is the biodynamically certified Cobaw Ridge and the family philosophies of organic/biodynamic farming and minimal intervention winemaking carry over into his personal label. Fruit is sourced from trusted, cool climate growers around Victoria. The wines are made in tiny amounts and have quickly gained a cult following for their fine, aromatic quality and delicate, fruit driven stylings.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
