- TASTING NOTE: Intoxicating perfume of crushed violets, caraway seed and ripe red cherry. The palate exhibits a buoyant energy; lively blue fruit, a sheath of powdery tannin and mouth-watering acidity providing the matrix.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Cabernet Franc from 50 year old vines in Blewitt Springs. Deep sandy soils beneath, clear blue skies above. 10% carbonic maceration and 90% whole berry ferment.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Riley Harrison sources small parcels of fruit from around South Australia for his label, with an emphasis firmly on fruit quality and varietal expression, his winemaking style weaves between the lines of conventional and minimal-intervention. Riley explains, “Minimal intervention winemaking can be divisive and can focus too much on the minimalist process, rather than the outcome of the final wine. Strangely, doing less requires far greater attention to detail in the winery. It's the complex interaction of science, creativity and environment in a bid to generate flavour that I find intoxicating."

Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
