- TASTING NOTE: This Multi Vintage Exceptionelle exhibits a light straw/green hue in the glass, with a fine persistent mousse. On the nose it delivers vibrant citrus and stone fruits which are complemented by layers of creamy complexity. The palate offers a crisp acidity and a concentration of rich and balanced lemon curd and lime which draw the wine through to a delicious and extended finish.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Historically Clover Hill has followed a traditional pathway of vintage and non-vintage Methode Traditionnelle sparkling wines. Multi-Vintage is a story of complexity in their base wines. Across vintages they use four different techniques to hold reserve wines, giving their winemakers more creative freedom, resulting in more expressive wines.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Clover Hill is one of Australia’s greatest sparkling wine estates. Founded by the Goelet family on the site of a former dairy farm in north-east Tasmania, Clover Hill was established in 1986 after an exhaustive search for an ideal site for the sole purpose of producing world-class sparkling wine to rival that of the Champagne region. The site, with its rich soil, natural sloping amphitheatre and maritime climate, was deemed to be the perfect location to produce superb méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine, rivaling the great Champagne Houses of France.

Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
