- TASTING NOTE: Powerful herbaceous aromatics with gooseberry and asparagus, and secondary floral and passionfruit aromas. The palate shows a textural, approachable mouth feel with primary flavours of citrus and tropical fruit and subtle minerality. Fruit flavours linger on the palate and the wine has a refreshing, clean finish.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Sourced from multiple vineyards in the Great Southern. Both varieties were gently de-stemmed and crushed. A light pressing followed, with the free run juice separated and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The parcels of semillon and sauvignon blanc were kept seperate until they were racked of lees and blended.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Based near Denmark, Singlefile is a family owned winery, co-founded by Phil and Viv Snowden and their daughter Pam and her husband Patrick Corbett. Singlefile aims to showcase the best of the five diverse sub-regions of the Great Southern in Western Australia. This prolific producer produces a broad range of wines from across the region but specialises in Chardonnay with the home vineyard producing some of Australia's best examples of the varietal. The estate is named for the geese that patrol the home vineyard, waddling around in singlefile.

Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
