- TASTING NOTE: It’s got a vivid, bright clouding mid-straw colour and displays a captivating nose of Meyer lemon, plenty of citrus cut, with hints of grapefruit and orange pith along with hints of soft spice, kaffir lime, white flowers and notes of barley sugar and ginger further in the distance.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Hand-picked fruit from the Victor vineyard in Greenock. Fruit is chilled overnight, destemmed and pressed to French Oak puncheons to naturally ferment, with partial malo and elevage with gentle continuous battonage. Bottle unfined and unfiltered.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER:
Susan and Michael Papps shared love of wine and dream of producing their own wines from the vineyards of the world-famous Barossa Valley wine region came to fruition in 2005 with the establishment of their boutique wine brand, Yelland & Papps. Fruit is sourced from trusted vine growers around the Barossa, and in 2010 they were able to purchase their own property with it's own estate vines. In the winery they are very hands off, favouring wild yeasts, whole bunch fermentation, older, large-format oak barrels and no fining or filtration.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
