- TASTING NOTE: Slightly cloudy in appearance with a light pink/peach hue. The wine drinks dry, crisp and refreshing yet with structure and complexity and flavours of strawberries, red currant and buttered toast.

ABOUT THE WINE: Fruit for this wine is sourced from one of the oldest and last remaining vineyards in Margaret River that contains Pinot Noir. It is a small one hectare vineyard on the banks of the Willyabrup river, only kilometres from the Indian ocean, with high density plantings and two different clones planted in 1980. This is a method traditional sparkling with a few differences. The wine has had zero dosage (no sugar added) and the fermentation lees remain, letting the wine age and develop gracefully in bottle.

Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
